This is the BIGGEST mistake made by event planners. So many of our items are unique and there is ONLY ONE available. If you count on having those perfect items for your wedding or event and do not book, more than likely, they will already be rented when you think of it again causing stress and scrambling around to 'rethink' your theme and details.
A deposit of at least 50% of the total rental amount at the time of booking is required to reserve your item/s. Payable via credit card, on line or at our warehouse. The balance must be paid at least 60 days PRIOR to your event date or your deposit AND reserved items will be forfeited. We reserve the right to re-rent your items if not paid in full within the 60 days prior to your event.
Due to scheduling constraints, 100% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel with us at least six months PRIOR to your event. If you cancel within six months of your event, 50% of your total deposit will be refund. OR, if (for want ever reason) you cancel with us within 60 days of your event, you will forfeit ALL your deposit.
Most of our items are for customer pick up only and there is NO CHARGE. However, some of the large, heavy or delicate items are for delivery only. In those instances, there IS a delivery fee which will be determined based upon destination and at the time you book. Our delivery folks will NOT deliver upstairs, steep backyards or long distances from delivery area. They will not move items and move them again. They are there to DELIVER, not 'help you set up'. Sorry.

If your item/s are rented any day, Monday through Thursday, and you have not extended your rental time (done at time of reservation or with Something Borrowed Two later), your item/s will be due the following day by noon. If you pick up rental item/s Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they must be returned by noon on Monday. If Something Borrowed Two delivers item/s, pick will be arranged at the time of reservation.
Well, unfortunately.... you fault, our fault, nobody's fault your rental item/s will not be refunded. If we are scheduled to deliver your item/s, we will contact you prior to delivery to see if something can be worked out. NOTE: upholstered furniture and padded chairs will NOT be delivered if not covered in inclement weather. You WILL be notified so other arrangements can be agreed upon.
If returned items are damaged or broken, Something Borrowed Two will determine if proper repair can be made. YOU will be responsible for the cost. If the item/s is not repairable or missing you will be required to pay the replacement amount. This amount is predetermined for each item by Something Borrowed Two based upon actual replacement cost. This amount is available when you book your item/s, just ask. As many of our items are vintage and very unique, replacement cost varies, depending upon the item. Just something to consider when inviting 'those relatives'. LOL
Our warehouse is located at 101 Mathis Mill Road in Albertville, AL. We are open by appointment only or, if you drive by and a white car is there, just stop. However, we may be in an appointment and can not give you our full attention. But, you are always welcome to look around.
Changes to your order are welcome... to an extent. You are welcome to change your order if NOT within 60 days prior to your event, provided your new item/s are available. Again, we request NO CHANGES within 60 days of your event. Excessive changes to your order are frustrating to all, so please keep to a minimum. If you delete an item/s originally reserved and a deposit is made, the refund policy WILL apply.
Item/s for pick up are usually available the day before between 3 and 5 pm. This time is confirmed shortly after you reserve your item/s and every effort will be made to accommodate your need.
